Check in was listed at 3. After a 6 hour drive we arrived around 4:15 and was told our room was not ready. They asked me to wait until our room was ready to check in, but other guests proceeded to be checked in. We were not checked in until around 5:15, had to hurry up to get to our concert on time. When we arrived back from the concert we discovered our toilet did not work. It would not flush. Called down to the front desk and was told that nothing could be done until 8am when maintenance arrived. So three ladies in one room with no working toilet was great. Called down around 8:30 to check the status of the maintenance person. Was then told he did not start his shift until 10am after being told 8am multiple times. Had to wait around for him to arrive which when he did, he just had to snake the toilet and it was fixed. Very nice man. The last night we were there. Our tv developed a line going down the middle of the screen. I messaged the manager Giovanni about the tv issue and nothing. This is the most expensive hotel I have stayed at and will never stay here again. The staff could care less. I was told due to I booked with a third party they couldn’t give me any sort of discount or credit.
