"AVOID. Difficult to know where to start. This apartment was mis-sold, as it is student accommodation (10 bedrooms per flat). Each guest has shared access to the common room, housing the kitchen and sofa. On check in (after a long on-line book in process (crashing server)), the common room was inhabited with other guests, who were cooking tea. The bins were overflowing and the place generally stank. "Communication was great. Apartment easy to find from directions & entry was simple once i got my head around the key codes. Apartment was clean & well appointed. "All of the staff were very friendly, yet professional. When I rang to say that it was my friend’s birthday, Maisie was able to recommend some lovely lunch venues. And, when we arrived she, and the other staff wished us a happy stay, and they had decorated the room for my friend. They made our stay special!"

"Lovely and quiet hotel with great sea view. The bed was super comfortable and the staff was very friendly! Some interior and the outdoor pool area could be more modern, in my opinion.
