"Our room was very clean The staff was happy and friendly Lisa works in the breakfast area. It was stopless She was right there when the coffee pot ran out with a fresh one. Lisa help with making my waffle. She was lovely "

"Parking is a challenge to say the least. You have to pay for parking at the airport. They will validate a portion apparently ? Also they charge you a daily service fee. Not sure what it is for. But apperently it’s “required”now. From new managers. It’s not clear you will get charged that The carpet on the rooms are old. There was no hand soap but just body wash. It feels like they are cutting corners wherever. The luggage carts are so old and heavy. And get stuck easily in the elevator. The pavement walk way has cracks and dips from airport to the hotel but only on the hotel half . It doesn’t smell fresh. The pool is out of service. "

"The place is really nice, very relaxing, easy to work out of if you too. The disappointment was we were there 3 days for a local hospital medical treatment and had to wait for clearance call by 12:30 that we did not need to stay longer. Checkout was at 11am so we asked for a 12:30 checkout on a Thursday just 1 1/2 hr delay and were told no. The hotel was not full by any means in fact they didn't do the room the previous day until after 3pm so it should not have been a big deal and was very disappointing. Otherwise it was really great and would highly recommend if you were in the area."
