Close to Harding Campus Negatives - The hotel is showing its age. We've stayed in this property may time extending back to the mid-90s. The price is great, but the condition of the hotel is pushing us to switch to newer options

The only thing that I didn't like was I had to switch rooms because the issue with the TV and the gym facility was under construction other than that though slept good service was good convenient dining and location with cleanliness

The carpet and sofa in the room appeared dated. The shower was slick when wet. I would recommend some type of bathmat. Breakfast was good. We had two rooms reserved for our stay. One was fine, but the other was not clean. My travel companion reported this to the front desk and was immediately reassigned to another room for which we were appreciative.

It was terrible, holes in the bathroom lower wall, broken furniture , and television not working. I will never stay in another one. Also little kids sprayed pepper spray in the hallway I almost had a asthma attack

The housekeeping staff was fantastic as the property was clean. The front desk staff was helpful, if a little overly talkative. The facilities, however, are VERY dated and very badly maintained. It’s July and the lobby subdued are covered in droopy, faded Christmas paper in order to cover up the fact that the pool inoperable and clearly had been for a long time. (Even though they still advertise the amenity.) The inner hallways are stacked with furniture boxes so hopefully that means improvements are forthcoming. Several areas were newly painted. The hotel could easily be a top notch stay in the area with the hot breakfast, pool/hot tub, great staff, etc. It just needs to be updated and managed properly.

Our stay was according to the expectation that we've had in the Hotels.com APP when we did the reservation. If you are travelling in the area of Searcy-AR and need to do a stop to overnight, I guess this hotel is a good option.

Check in way fine after arriving around 1 am. The toilet in the bathroom was broken and would not flush. Bathroom sink was dirty. Bed was very comfortable and we were exhausted from traveling for 20 hours. The hotel was full of boxes on the floor with obvious remodeling going on. Room was. Dry quiet but had concerns as there was no deadbolt on the door. We did not stay for the free breakfast.

Should be very nice once renovations are complete. They did a very good job keeping it clean and looking good during remodeling. A few minor inconveniences but still deserves an overall good rating.

The hotel room was clean and comfortable. Outside it appeared the hotel was divided up both rooms inside and outside entrance rooms. There were people working on their cars, drinking and loud. It appeared maybe people were living there as well as others just being customers. A little confusing loud and chaotic when we were there.
