"The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bath needed maintenance and staff responded quickly. The hand and bath lotions need to be fixed properly as they were inconvenient to use. Overall our stay at the hotel was a great experience and will come back if our plans are to come to Cape Town again ..."

Hidden Gem!!
"The staff were the stars of this hotel, they were so friendly and helpful, nothing we asked was an effort. Service with a smile made us feel so welcome! Breakfast was amazing, best of the 6 hotels we stayed at on this trip which included Ritz-Carlton! Well done guys!"
