「Cute place. Love the decor in the main house and room. Nice that they had water and snacks available at any time. Loved spending time on the big porch and in the rocking chairs. 」

「We had a very nice room at a reasonable price. It was close enough to downtown Chatham to be convenient, but far enough that there weren't traffic problems. The staff were friendly and helpful, and most importantly, our room was spotless! It even smelled clean. Would definitely stay there again.」

「We booked the Hotel, called to check on the room as there was a Power outage in the area due to snow. We were told on the phone the room was ready. We arrived, went to check in. The women a reception informed us "You know we have no electricity, hot water, all facilities were closed. They were were willing to check us in, noting that there are only lights in the hallways. How about close the Hotel and halt booking? Terrible Managment.」

「We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this...

「Could not get in our room for over an hour after arriving. Was unable to get in touch with anyone to get a code. Rooms were unimpressive, the air kept cutting off. Not very comfortable. Would not recommend 」

「Very pleasant all around! Big room, very clean, coffee maker and good sized fridge in the room. Also a very good price. My only suggestions for the management are to leave several packets of coffee in the rooms (only had one decaf and one regular) and more hangers in the closet.」
