"I had a wonderful experience at Swissôtel The Bosphorus Istanbul, and I especially want to thank Bellman Cem for his outstanding service. From the very first day, he was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. When I wasn’t happy with my initial room, the hotel kindly arranged a change, and Cem went above and beyond to assist me with the entire process. He made the transition so smooth and stress-free, helping me with my luggage and making sure everything was perfect. His positive attitude, professionalism, and warm personality truly made a difference in my stay. It’s people like him who turn a good hotel experience into an exceptional one. Highly appreciated and definitely deserves recognition!"

"I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights. I had a one-bedroom suite that was well-equipped and had good amenities. However, unfortunately, the mattress was very old and uncomfortable👎. The bed linens had been washed so many times that they were very thin, and in some cases even patched👎. The bathroom towels were also very old and worn out and definitely need to be replaced with new ones.👎 I was staying on the 32nd floor, which I chose for the view, but the windows were so dirty that they completely ruined the city view.👎 In my opinion, this hotel is more like a 3-star property, even though you pay prices closer to a 4- or 5-star hotel. The breakfast was very good,👍 the staff were polite and respectful👍, the lobby was beautiful, the sauna was excellent👍and the swimming pool was decent. Overall, I would rate this hotel 5 out of 10."

"It is a nice property but they really need to sort their central heating as you cant change the setting and in the night the temperature goes up to 27 degrees. Not a single night I had a pleasant sleep!!!"
