Rooms are neat. Food good and moderate prices. Staff are excellent especially Serva Dora in the cafe, Betse and Yasin in the reception. Manager of the hotel is very good and treated us with kind hospitality.

There is not a lot to say about this hotel except is AMAZING, rooms are big and nice, breakfast is fantastic, location is good and with a supermarket just a cross the street, restaurant next to hotel, even a pharmacist, all is perfect.

It was a very nice hotel more than four star appearance and facilities. Just in two minutes back of to Hotel was a big place for shopping and restaurants coffee shops and everything you need. Wonderful place

Nothing works: the elevator is constantly broken, the pool remains closed despite promises to fix it within two days, and nothing has been done. The only good thing is the staff, who are nice people, but the hotel itself is bad.
