「First time staying here, made our trip so easy to start with! Easy to get to the airport with onsite transfer, could park the vehicle at the hotel with airport parking while we were gone. Great meal at the restaurant and great service. Would recommend for anyone flying out early the next day or returning late with a long drive home. Very enjoyable 」

「My only Complaint would be that the rooms are not soundproof , you can hear peoples conversations in the other rooms , you can hear when someone in the. Ext room turns on their shower, it’s super loud . But that’s it 」

「It was just a quick over night! I understand about eliminating plastic from our environment but wooden “silverware”! I find that a but extreme but maybe it’s more a Canadian thing than something this hotel chain is taking! We came down late for breakfast but the staff was so helpful. Although we may never stay at this particular inn again we do stay at a lot if your other locations.」

「This was a wonderful place to stay and only a five minute Uber to the spa. The bed in the master bedroom was incredibly comfortable. The only items we wished we had more of would be dishwater and coffee cups, wine glasses etc. 」

「This is a scam company. They don’t have any customer care. They just want to steal your money. It’s easy to find out that someone has already moved into the house you booked. They will find a reason to throw you far away. However, After you go there, you find that there are still people living in that house. They won't refund you yet, they are a scam company!」

「We were selling our house so needed somewhere to stay for a week during showings. This place is clearly a short term rental run by slum lords. It was FILTHY. There were mouse droppings, spider webs, dead bugs, unknown fluids on the furniture, dead mice in traps in the kitchen and the floors were so dirty my daughter's hands and feet were black from crawling on them. We left and were promised a refund because of the conditions - well it's 2 months later and Carol the "manager" is still making up...

「This property is amazing. We travel to the area relatively frequently as family live there and there aren't many hotels. The property was gorgeous, so peaceful and in beautiful surroundings. There was everything you need in self-catered accommodation, and more. I would book again when visiting the area. The booking process however was a little convoluted and unusual, if I'm booking on Expedia I want to be able to press book and be done, not have to pay a separate deposit outside of the site,...
