「Updated spa was chefs kiss!」

「The hotel was no better or worse than I expected. There is construction going on around the property which makes parking a bit inconvenient but not a big deal. However, I was awoken at 4 am by a stranger opening my door. "Oh sorry" he said, "Sorry" and closed it again. I don't know if he was another guest opening my door by accident (but why did HIS room key work on my door? or a staff member, but it was unsettling.」

「Bianca at the front desk is fabulous!! She made check in and check out so easy and her personality is so welcoming and friendly. Love her !! One issue we had with the building itself is that the elevator is kind of scary. Lots of unsettling noises. The room was perfect and very comfortable. 」

「This is a very welcoming place. Special kudos for Joe who made the kids waffles in the morning and changed the television channel from news to their favorite cartoon show. The pool was great and we were very happy with the price too.」

「the only drawbacks we experienced were for the most part caused by the eclipse happening. the breakfast buffet on monday took forever to seat me and by the time i was allowed in they had been running out of food. Half an hour to access half a buffet? AND we're expected to pay extra for it. Wow. Given the circumstances it should have been complimentary. Also there was some kind of event that occupied the whole front parking lot--again, related to the solar eclipse happening, as they were setting...

「Was very easy to check in and out. The room was clean amd tidy for all our needs. Really liked that then offered Coffee, tea, hot cocoa for drinks all day and they even let you pick up any fruit or items that they offered for breakfast in the evening.」

「The Door knob was actually missing on the inside of the bathroom if you closed the door you would actually be trapped inside and their hair dryer was unsafe,we enjoyed the room 」

「Loved having the Strong museum next door. The only negative is that the bathtub was very very slippery making showering a challenge.」
