"The room was excellent except for the outside chairs. The outside sitting area had a bunch of spider/cob webs on the chairs and table and the area appears to have not been cleaned in a week. Could not sit outside and enjoy the beautiful scenery and weather during our stay"

"WIFI access was not good at all, could not receive or make calls from our cell phones in the room-had to go outside. Otherwise was a very nice/quiet resort. "

"I had a four trip to Arizona and this hotel is located in a very beautiful area of a Main Street with lots of dining and shopping. It’s looks like tropical beach area sans the beach but add a Mountain View! The room was extremely clean. The staff were helpful and breakfast was always wonderful cooked. The pool area was well taken care of and I would definitely stay again."

"The property is beautiful. Housekeeping comes daily to clean and give you clean towels. They do have a restaurant and bar on the property, There’s a bar by the pool as well. The staff are nice and helpful. There is a shuttle that takes you anywhere in a 2 mile radius. Shockingly there are a lot of places in that 2 mile radius. I seen small bugs on the counter in the bathroom. That was my only concern. Everything else was great. I took my son for his 15th birthday, next time i go it will be with my S.O. It’s a beautiful hotel, it looks just like the photos."

"They advertise that its a hotel, but its not its a Motel and it was not cleaned. I went through and wiped the counters, door handles and toilet seat it was disgusting, like they haven't cleaned up after the previous person. The bed was very comfortable, so I'll give them that and the location is great, but I will not be coming back here."

"The hotel spa is relaxing. Moon is a fantastic massage therapist, and her cupping technique was amazing. The resort charges random fees, like a $25 resort fee (for water and coffee in the room, which is ridiculous). The Spa automatically adds a 20% gratuity to your bill, plus a $7 service fee. I would not stay here again because of all the random fees the resort adds on - completely unnecessary, and the restaurants are over-priced."

"I was looking to stay in a place that was easy, comfortable and clean for a quick 2 day trip and I found exactly that here. I loved my stay I didn't have to call the front desk once! Everything was just perfect."

"Washer and dryer were broken but they replaced them the next day. It was inconvenient to change my activity schedule to accommodate this. The restroom sinks did not drain properly and it grossed me out. The pool staff, bar tender, and maintenance man were really friendly and gave excellent customer service. The front desk, not as much. My mother traveled with us and was never able to speak with a manager across all 3 days. "
