"We were rather late coming in - 8 pm. Our check-in was actually rather quick and pleasant, but when we walked into our room we discovered it was not cleaned at all. Replacing the room, on the other hand took almost 40 minutes... and let's just say was exhausting. here is what was the worst part of our stay. We were there for a late sports event and we asked for late checkout. Not for free! Well, that WAS NOT an option. At all. The only way I was told I would get to keep my room even an hour (or two) later was to pay for the entire night. Rooms (both that we got a chance to witness) were tiny and cramped, water pressure in the shower was not there (taking a shower was just hard) and... it was not a pleasant experience over-all. We have to be in the area AT LEAST twice-a-year for MD States competitions and suffice it to say I will do my absolute best NOT to have to stay at this Hotel. "

"We arrived at the property to find it was closed. No advanced notice. We had called the hotel several times to alert them that we would not arrive until after 8, phone message said they were busy helping other customers or had stepped away from the desk. Had to find another hotel at 8:30 on a Friday night."

"This hotel was well below our expectations. It makes an impression when the elevator doesn’t work, 2 of our 4 day stay the breakfast didn’t include eggs. Our room needs a handyman, floor tile loose in the bath, carpet patched together, and shower floor looked dirty but it was stains (still not a good feeling when you have to determine if the bath floor and shower are dirty or stained). Hilton…you need to get your act together. We paid over $1k for 4 days and it felt like we were camping and working around what was lacking. This is not the first time Hilton has disappointed. No more Hilton stays for us. The Hilton name is not synonymous with quality - AT ALL. "
