「A very convenient place to stay, especially close to Brown University, making it easy to walk to campus. Parking, however, is not very convenient — you have to park in the public lot across the street, and the parking fees there are quite expensive.」

「Rooming house similar to university student rentals I have owned. Have to go upstairs & down a hallway to get a shower. Located on a busy road and the house is right up against the sidewalk. There must be bars nearby as lots of cars with loud stereos and no mufflers driving by at 1:30 am several nights in a row. Listing says they have cots available. Not so.」

「Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise...

「Incredibly disappointed with the staff of this property. Not sure if there was some miscommunication but after decades of staying in motels/hotels, this was the first time we were charged for a stay that we had canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance that delayed our trip. We will avoid Expedia and Town & Country properties from now on. There are too many other travel apps and hotels that are far more hospitable and accommodating.」
