「The staff Javier is very helpful. We check in earlier and can enjoy more time in Granada. The hotel location is very good. The 2-bedroom apartment is clean and living room is nice. Just a minor suggestion is to provide a chair in the room. 」

「I had a great stay at this hotel. The facilities are excellent, and both the room and the bathroom were very spacious. I especially appreciated that the bathroom and bedroom are completely separate, which adds extra comfort and privacy. Everything was spotless, very clean, and well organized. The location is fantastic — it’s within very easy walking distance to Gran Vía, which made getting around the city extremely convenient. 「浴室很大，但房間相對不大，放了加床幾乎沒地方放行李。馬桶那間大到不知道要做什麼。但乾濕形同不存在，洗澡後大淹水。有冰箱及mini bar。無熱水瓶，咖啡機。 熱水穩定。早餐豐富。餐廳好吃。」

「We had a very lovely stay. The apartment was very clean and tastefully designed- loved the space and the interiors. Even though it is located in a very central location, the soundproofing was done very well and we can't really hear the outside world once the windows were shut. Also management was very quick to respond and remote check-in was done super smoothly. Very comfortable and lovely stay and we highly recommend this charming apartment!」
