「The hotel is very good and clean. The staff are courteous and professional. Unfortunately, the shower in our room was not working due to what appeared to be water not being turned onto the shower. We advised the staff who were working to correct the situation when we checked out on our planned day.」

「The front desk attendant was amazing. He has a smile that would light up the room. So pleasant to interact with. Really excited to use the pool and the whirlpool Evenings were not great to do that. Totally understand excitement of children but they were rambunctious and the parents to did nothing to stop them from screaming and going into our personal space. Best time for the whirlpool if looking to relax is 6am We overheard a kitchen attendant complain about her job and could not wait to get...
