"Hotels.com never contacted the hotel about my reservation, but the staff was happy to work with me and get us a room. Friendly staff, clean and large rooms, very well equipped. This is a new hotel and I strongly recommend it if you’re visiting Ramstein or K-Town. Five stars, would stay again!"

Einziger Kritik Punkt an der Unterkunft, keine vernünftigen Verdunkelungsvorhänge. Für Dunkelschläfer sind Scheuklappen Pflicht. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, sollte für jeden etwas dabei sein, ob süß oder deftig. Sehr nette Betreiber."

"The decor in the suite is lovely. The staff are friendly, welcoming and professional. We stayed in the family suite and the second room did not have a door. The tea/coffee station in the suite is very limited. The breakfast offering is great, unfortunately the breakfast room is too narrow."
