comfortable stay

The hotel personnel was quite helpful, and the room was clean. If only the bathroom had a window, the room would have been more pleasant. Overall, our stay was very good.

We got our room upgraded without asking . In the suburb of Kaiserslautern near the ruins of a 1200 yr old castle that is free and open to the public. Great staff and safe and quiet. I recommend highly

Hotel was good for price. Nice and quiet. However check in was closed as I arrived late and as I hadnt seen email it took a while to work out how to check in and get access to room. Process could have been clearer with better signage at reception.

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
My room was 203. I stayed here for 3 nights. The satelitte tv did not work and the wifi was non existant, although it states wifi and tv are free and available to the guest. The beds had hair all over it and the pillows were old and didn't serve a purpose. My bathroom hasn't been cleaned since the day I arrived, although it states daily cleaning services. They did spread my bed and it appeared that they changed the sheets, but they didn't clean the bathroom. The shower stall was still dirty that's how I know it wasn't cleaned. The room and bathroom were very small. The gentleman that does the check in doesn't speak english which made it hard to communicate. The shower stall had a draining issue so I had to continuosly turn the water off and on while showering to prevent it from overflowing on to the bathroom floor. It is about 10-15 minutes away from Ramstein Airforce Base. The staff was polite but I would never recommend nor stay here again. Awful experience and not worth the money.
