「Stelvio pass was nearby which was the main reason of our trip. The hotel was perfectly located and had underground parking which was great. The rooms were ample and well equipped. Dinner and breakfast were great quality. Would definitely stay again. 」

Firstly, the mattress was old and uncomfortable, lacking proper support and featuring uneven springs that made it impossible to get a good night's sleep. Additionally, the towels provided in the room were in poor condition, with frayed edges, tears, and even holes. This lack of attention to cleanliness and guest comfort was disheartening.
