「Sehr sauberes Zimmer. Tolle Lage. Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Bar ist allerdings ausbaufähig. Die Cocktails kommen fertig gemixt aus dem Päckchen und sind dafür teuer. Insgesamt ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen und ich würde es jederzeit erneut buchen.」

「Overall is good. Staff are nice and friendly. Near city centre, convienent. The cleaning services were not as good as expected. Despite having come into the room every day to tidy up the beds and other facilities, rubbish left on the table and other areas were not tended to as expected.」

「維也納是中心，搭輕軌走路近市區都方便，房間布置得很用心，乾淨舒是每日也有櫃檯人員有問題都可以隨時提問，可以隨時以email連絡回復都很快速，廚房用具等都很乾淨新穎，住到捨不得離開。 Great location in Vienna City Center, staff are helpful and super friendly. This is not a hotel, but this service apartment also have front desk staff there to help. Room is very cozy with lots of detail decorations in room. Kitchen facility and washing machine are clean and nice too! Wish we could have more days to stay. 」
