The hotel & room were both clean & service staff were friendly. Great amenities in room & the “app” had very useful tips & also recommendations for nearby cafes, too. 「A true boutique hotel. Everyone was so friendly. I stayed for a week and felt at home. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was great with à la carte options include. The goulash and eggs are perfect after a night out. In a very convenient part of the old town close to the sights, restaurants and subway. If you are inspired by the music in Vienna there is a piano for your enjoyment as well. 」

「維也納是中心，搭輕軌走路近市區都方便，房間布置得很用心，乾淨舒是每日也有櫃檯人員有問題都可以隨時提問，可以隨時以email連絡回復都很快速，廚房用具等都很乾淨新穎，住到捨不得離開。 Great location in Vienna City Center, staff are helpful and super friendly. This is not a hotel, but this service apartment also have front desk staff there to help. Room is very cozy with lots of detail decorations in room. Kitchen facility and washing machine are clean and nice too! Wish we could have more days to stay. 」

「Overall is good. Staff are nice and friendly. Near city centre, convienent. The cleaning services were not as good as expected. Despite having come into the room every day to tidy up the beds and other facilities, rubbish left on the table and other areas were not tended to as expected.」
