"The bed was 2 different beds and they always moved...lol, the room was ice cold and didn't warm up fast enough...we always stay there when we are in Germany, never was disappointed...maybe we try something different next time, your service people at the restaurant are amazing...all of them"

"The reception is open untill 3pm. Thats fine with me, unfortunately non functional self check-in process has totally ruined the first impression. The phone support was not very effective. I very much value the receptionist apologies. The property as such is very nice and rooms are comfortable, cozy ..."

Mondrian Suites Berlin Checkpoint Charlie
"No air conditioning!!! We were given a top floor apartment during a hot 30° week. It made for a very uncomfortable stay. The pillows are also a disaster. No complaints about the staff or service however."
