"We arrived at the hotel to find mold, mystery stains, poorly folded sheets that hadn’t been properly washed, unswept floors, and bugs in the bathroom. Not only did they say they had no one to clean that night, but we ended up spending $100 on cleaning supplies just to make the room somewhat sanitary. ..."
