「News of this property being “the worst” Hyatt Regency are greatly, GREATLY exaggeratedz. First off, it has one of the more impressive lobbies around and I don’t think the guest rooms are all that bad. Yes, there’s a light in our room that doesn’t work and some of the doors in the hallway are janky…but it feels clean and is presentable. The staff are nice and I was able to check in a full four hours early. The area around the place is hit or miss, I went for a few walks and there are people...

「Staff is awesome even though we came on Labor Day with minimal services available we enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed talking with Sony today. 」

「Had a very pleasant stay! The style of the hotel was very different and interesting. It was pretty neat to sit in the "indoor" courtyard while eating. The fish in the aquarium were beautiful. Staff were all super friendly! There was ice cold lemon water available all day/night in the lobby. I booked this room blindly only looking at photos and a few reviews- some of the reviews were iffy.
