「The room itself was great and was very clean, however, there was absolutely no visits from housekeeping during our stay. No cleans towels were brought to us, no trash taken out. We had to get fresh towels twice during our stay.」

「The best part about this hotel is the location and pool. If this hotel was located anywhere else, and they did not have a swim at bar, I would be giving them one star. The customer service from one of the girls was dreadful. The golf cart reservation that we made 2 months prior to the trip was not written down or saved. The girl at the front desk did not care at all and did not try to accommodate us or help us in any way. However, the men working there are incredibly nice. The breakfast sucks,...

「The stay was good and located close to everything in Put In Bay, which made easy walking to see sights. The room had several beds to sleep on. We chose the bed on the right of the room to sleep in, only to find the mattress sheet didn't fit the bed and kept coming of mattress, mattress is wore out on the left side and the right side, kept sliding to the middle of the bed. We didn't try the other beds due to not wanting to mess up a bunch of beds for them to make. Staff was friendly and...

「Had a little trouble checking in because we booked third party and didn’t get the instruction text. However we were next door to a very loud dog and the staff went above and beyond to allow us access to another room away from the dog if it was still barking at bedtime. Luckily it was not and quieted down when the people came back from dinner. But the offer was very appreciated. I also liked having 3 separate beds when traveling with teenagers. Thank you!」

「The location of the hotel is perfect for walking to restaurants or just taking a stroll through downtown. Our room was clean and very well decorated. While having a waterfall shower was great, there was only a partial glass wall and no shower door, so naturally when you shower there for is getting extremely wet. I would recommend bringing your own snacks, because the snacks they provide in the room are very pricy. The staff was super friendly!!」
