「When we arrived to check in at 4pm, there was a note to call a phone number on the reception desk. No answer. Left a message. After about 10 minutes got a message that the receptionist would be right there. After another 10 minutes, she arrived and gave us our keys. The hotel had no bicycles for free use as mentioned online. The pool was dirty and the next morning, it was closed for "maintenance". No bars of soap in the bathroom. 「My husband and I did a weekend trip to Put-in-Bay and stayed here, the staff and check-in were great. The property itself is nice, great location. Walkable to all of the shops and restaurants. The pool area is nice and well maintained. There was some construction going on but it did not hinder the pool area too much. The room had everything we needed, beds comfortable. The A/C unit did an OK job keeping us cool. It did get a bit warm at night but other than that, our stay was great.」

「We stayed for one night and the room was terrible the blankets were dirty like someone stepped on them, the AC unit was falling apart and in the ground, the bathroom light did not work at all, toilet paper holder was broken and falling apart, tv barely worked and could not charge our phones, told staff and they said “We will note it down for maintenance” then walked away. Would not recommend staying here not help at all.」
