"The hotel is well maintained even though is quite old. The rooms are very spacious and has all the amenities you need. However the room is furnished with carpets that really smells like feet and probably not cleaned regularly and well. The smell was there even after opening the window the whole day so management should do something. Parking is not free but there are many parking places next to the hotel which is free!! Overall is a nice hotel for short stays."

"The hotel and staff were excellent. Using public transportation, I didn't like the walk to and from the hotel due to the all the graffiti. Loved the Greek restaurant by the lake. It was nice to have them space close by, but again, it felt a little unsafe due to the graffiti everywhere and overgrown park maintenance."

"Situated perfectly in a quiet part of the Friedrichshain neighborhood, yet only a couple blocks from many nice restaurants, cafes, parks, S-Bahn/U-Bahn stops and a vibrant nightlife. We had a pleasant 5 day stay at Numa. The room was presented in pristine condition. The bed was comfortable. The shower was amazing. Access to the building was simple and easy. They had laundry, lockers, extra amenities readily available like coffee, tea and oat milk. Also, extra towels, ironing boards and even yoga mats. The rooms themselves aren’t necessarily large, but they are efficiently designed with more than enough space to accommodate everything you need for a comfortable stay. All this for a very reasonable price. Numa worked out perfectly for our time in Berlin! Highly recommended!"

"It’s a perfectly good budget hotel. It’s basic, but good value. It’s out a bit, but the M8 and 18 tram pull up outside at Beilsteinerstraße and one tram stop away is Springpfuhl S-Bahn station with S7 and S75 lines. Very quiet residential area in beautiful top quality high rise socialist housing. Did the job fine and saved costs on a business trip. Helps if you know Berlin very well like I know it."
