「I had a problem with my first room.
Dirty towels and an unchanged bed. It was very unpleasant.
The reception dismissed it as a normal occurrence and promptly offered a new room to look at. This was clean at least. The bathroom door did stick and I was locked in, (my partner had to kick it open) so this would be most distressing is staying alone.
All this said, the room rates are well below average in the area, especially for a weekend.」

「Comfortable and spacious room, and rates seemed very reasonable. We didn’t use the bar/restaurant or gym (we were out and about too much), but we did find the staff to be friendly and helpful. Good location for our needs and would be happy to stay again.」

「We have just enjoyed a lovely stay. Room 101 was spacious and comfortable, with splendid views from the big bay window. We were due to dine out but when we saw the menu for the restaurant, Coast, we chose to eat in, an excellent decision because our dinner was delicious! Cooked breakfast also good - plentiful, hot and tasty. Table service which is so much nicer than the breakfast buffets hotels tend to lay on these days. The staff were all friendly and professional. Thank you, we will...
