「Great location for getting around Whitby. Shame about lack of car parking. Shower drain in our room was prone to blocking. Concerned it might flood the downstairs. We did mention it to staff. Overall a pleasant stay. Might be an idea to mention the stairs leading to upper room as less mobile guests may struggle」

「Staff very helpful, amazing location so easy to get around various beauty spots. Park& Ride across the road. Access to Whitby so easy. Disabled visitors catered for. Staff decorated our room ( which was amazing) for my birthday. Lovely surprise.」

「Check in was great, very friendly, advised about the parking situation which wasn't ideal so ended up staying in the long stay. Room was very compact and would benefit from losing the cushions. Clean and comfortable with very nice bathroom. Didn't particularly bother us but there was very loud music from the pub playing until midnight on the Saturday. Restaurant was OK, expensive for ok food. Chunky chips were very under, fed that back to staff who smiled and said would relay to the kitchen....

「The rooms are spotlessly clean and very comfortable, everything you need for a restful stay. The staff are really helpful and friendly from check in to check out. The food is all cooked to order with a good choice on the menu. Would definitely return when in the area.」
