"The hotel is just near the train station and within walking distance of the harbour and lots of sights. The hotel lobby was really nicely designed and had a really lively feel about it on entering, music playing etc, and the room was lovely, spacious and comfortable and really quiet. Breakfast was great, a big selection, but really super busy as it is such a big hotel. The one small negative was the breakfast time was changed to finish an hour earlier on our last day for some reason so we got there just in time after packing up to get the dregs of what hadn’t been cleared away, so we left feeling a bit hungry. Other than that it was a great place to stay for the 3 nights we had in Oslo."

"Everything was so easy at the hotel. The staff were really helpful and friendly and the rooms were extremely clean. We had a triple room and there was sufficient space in the room. There were toiletries in the bathroom and a water fountain in the corridor. The area was very good and central for places to eat and close to the metro. We walked and enjoyed the beautiful area. We will definitely stay here again."

"I had a pleasant stay at Wakeup Copenhagen – Borgergade, staying in a room on the 6th floor. The hotel has a convenient central location, making it easy to explore Copenhagen on foot and reach many of the city’s attractions, restaurants, and shopping areas. The room was compact and efficiently arranged, which is typical of a city hotel. It provided the essentials for a comfortable stay, including a clean space, a comfortable bed, and a practical bathroom. The room worked well as a base for sightseeing, although guests who prefer a lot of space may find it somewhat small. The hotel’s modern design, straightforward check-in process, and central location were strong advantages. I also appreciated having a simple, practical place to return to after spending the day exploring Copenhagen. Overall, I would recommend Wakeup Copenhagen – Borgergade for travelers who prioritize location, cleanliness, and convenience over a large room or extensive hotel amenities. The room was a good fit for a city break, and I would consider staying here again."

"Large, clean room. Superb location. The room was slightly beat up and you can hear what's going on outside, but that didn't cause us issue (it was a Sunday night). Overall, decent and worth the money."

"Hotel was conveniently located by everything we wanted to see along with plenty of restaurants near by. Also only a 5 min walk to bus or train station! Room was very spacious and clean. Restaurant upstairs was great. Hotel staff was incredibly kind. Overall great experience."

"The room was a good size for 3 people. Bathroom in this size room also good size. The lobby of the hotel did not have restrooms and had to go up to restaurant in the 40th floor to use it. They would not allow check in before 3 pm, but thankfully we could leave our luggage."
