「Excellent staff and room 」

「This is a charming hotel with a great view of the sea and a fabulous garden breakfast/lounge area! The breakfast was outstanding ! The hotel receptionist gave us an excellent suggestion for dinner. The only disadvantage of the property is the stairs and difficulty finding the entrance.」

「The room, is superbly small. I cannot turn around when I take a bath. Even without a table for me to work. Strong smell inside the room. And under such conditions, the room is very expensive. 」

「Beautiful property in a stunning location. This was the last 2 night stop of our 11 night tour of Sicily, and easily the best. Hosts are charming, nothing is too much trouble, and it felt as though we were leaving two new friends at the end of our stay!」

「L'hotesse est très accueillante et nous a tout expliqué parfaitement. Mais la chambre avait vue sur la route et la voie ferrée, donc c'est bruyant. Le petit dejeuner est sympa mais il se prend à la patisserie/salon de thé située 100 m. plus loin. Il se compose d'une boisson et d'une viennoiserie.」

「Very welcoming and friendly staff, the owner Diego want above and beyond expectations, offered to pick me up from the train station and gave me good advice on what to see in Milazzo. Free breakfast was excellent, room was clean and well maintained, the private bathroom for my room was outside in the hall but felt very secure. Would definitely stay here again, close to restaurants/shops/port. 」

「Old and not too clean」

「The folks who work here are the best- friendly and helpful without being hovering. I had a great stay over the holidays and was really charmed by the town and the location of the hotel- right across from the water where locals go to fish even in December! The view is amazing from my window and while I can see that the parking situation would be chaotic in peak time, since it is low season- it was not an issue. Highly recommend for a stay in Milazzo or as a home base for Sicily exploration! 」

「Overall a nice stay. The property itself is very dated and needs a renovation/upgrade. But the service at breakfast, and the views from the upgraded rooms are great. Standard rooms are not great. Reception staff average. Gym needs more weights/equipment (but decent room). Some small improvements (aside from a total refresh/renovation) would make a huge difference.」
