"The property was clean but I was appalled at the lack of provision, particularly when it came to basic personal hygiene. There were no hand basins near the toilets. In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

"The facility is gorgeous, clean, centrally located and very dog friendly. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We absolutely loved our stay. Although the hotel is on a rather busy street did not hear any traffic from the room (facing the road). The historic center of town is just across the street and very easy to reach and enjoy. "Almost a disastrous non-stay. I didn't get access at 9pm, even though I had notified my ETA in advance. No entry code sent out in advance. Notice pasted on the door gave an incorrect contact number. Only thanks to a resident exiting the locked front door did I get inside and see a notice with correct contact number. "
