Comfortable overnighter

Stayed en route to the snow. Friendly staff, clean room, very comfortable bed. Dinner in the restaurant was good, mini breakfast was good value.

La comparaison avec le Campanile d'Annecy place celui de Chambéry très loin dans la qualité de l'accueil et du service; quand la machine à café nécessite une intervention et que celui qui doit intervenir vous oublie, vous repartez avec un goût amer!

Pas terrible

La clim ne marche pas bien du coup ça fait 30°c la nuit , pas possible de dormir L'eau chaud fluctue entre très chaud (risque de brûlure) et le froid (tester plusieurs fois dans la journée, ce n'est pas juste un souci d'une demande ponctuelle importante comme la réception explique) 2 points positifs : parking et restaurant pour dépannage le dîner

Bruyant !

La nuit beaucoup de bruit. Alarme déclenchée plusieurs fois. Personne qui tapait aux portes et klaxonne sur le parking. Malgré le confort de l’hôtel, nuit très perturbée. Dommage !
