For such a high-end property, there were a few things we weren't happy about. No real restaurant. No kleenex in the bathroom. No room service. We didn't get a coupon that others got for breakfast.

Hotel felt a bit dirty. There was a make up stain on my pillow case when we first arrived in the room. The elevator floors were sticky and needed a good cleaning. Staff was friendly.

The Desoto Savannah
Clean room. Housekeeping didn’t come until we asked for it. This was the only area that wasn’t good. All other staff were friendly and very helpful.

Hyatt Regency Savannah
Great stay! Clean rooms and a great location right by the River Walk. Concierge Brandon was amazing—he explained everything nearby and assisted us to our room during check-in and back to our car at check-out. Everything was 10 out of 10.
