"Les chambres étaient propres et le lits très confortable et l’air climatisé fonctionne très bien. Les déjeuner sont excellents et le personnel gentil . La piscine était très agréable mais il serait mieux si on pouvait avoir accès à des serviette de piscine et qu’elle soit ouverte jusqu’à 21-22h"

"The hotel was clean and bright. It has a younger vibe, a bit art deco, you might say. The staff were VERY helpful and friendly. Thank you! And the reception was open when I arrived at a late hour due to a transportation snafu. In the midst of the heatwave everyone was talking about, she offered me a glass of cold water, which I gratefully accepted. Such a hospitable touch! The room was pleasing, again that art deco look. I liked it, even if in some ways the design wasn't terribly practical. The compact space left no room for a desk or writing area. The mirror over the sink was too high for someone not tall. The sink was around the corner from the bathroom, not in it. That stuff might not matter to everyone, so stay there anyway! The room was appealing, there's a comfortable sitting area downstairs, and an outside area too. Again, the friendly staff, always a plus. There is a welcoming atmosphere. And it's close to the main rail station as well as right on a streetcar line. Convenient! Recommended."

Ténéo Apparthôtel Bordeaux - Gare Saint Jean

"I'll start with the not as good part: When I arrived into the room, I was surprised by what I found. I had to actually go back and look at the listing, as I had booked it months ago, to see if it reflected what I saw, because I surely wouldn't have booked it if I'd seen what it actually was. Sure enough, the listing looked colorful and stylish and the reality was bland and basic. Also, there not being AC, I don't know why, but even though it was cool out in the evenings and the window was wide open, without a cross-draft, it just remained too warm in the room the entire time. But I will say, it did seem clean enough, the reception/check in was nice (they even accomodated a noon check-in (when I had only asked if they'd hold our bags until check in time), there was the bakery and stores and quick food outside the doors, and a bus to get you into town very near by. And the park across the street gave my kids their release at the end of the day. So all in all not a bad stay, just not what I initially expected."

"This was our family’s first time staying in a pension, and we were genuinely impressed. As a family of four, we weren’t sure what to expect, but it exceeded our expectations. The facilities were spotlessly clean, the beds were comfortable, and everything was well maintained. The location was fantastic—close to everything we wanted to see and made exploring San Sebastián on foot incredibly easy. If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay, especially as a family, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful experience!"
