「The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. 」

「Struttura molto particolare vicino al un mulino. Molto bello il ristorante sia come arredi che come panorama. Abbiamo anche cenato mangiando molto bene. Volendo trovare un neo: la ns camera era in una struttura separata dal blocco principale (diciamo a qualche centinaio di metri) che per la colazione può essere un po' scomodo. Avevamo esigenza di fare colazione alle 7.30, ma il buffet non era ancora completamente allestito.」

「The room had a fairly strong musty smell due to water infiltration in the bathroom. Otherwise, everything was really nice.」

「The room was small but adequate . The air conditioner wasn’t working , only blew hot air and as it had been 27 degrees that day it was a very hot unpleasant night . We had to sleep with window open , the road noise was awful and the a car alarm went off . We hardly slept . The light switch on the bedside light was broken so I couldn’t switch it on to read . All in all an awful night with not much sleep . With a very long drive back to the uk the next day it wasn’t ideal . Teception was closed...

「Lovely room, very comfy bed, loved the balcony overlooking the bridge and the river. We had the breakfast which was good value - nice it was served on a tray, we could take to our room or we decided to have it outside. We'd have liked some seats here and there in the island to sit by the river.」

「Booked here last minute and couldn’t have been happier with the choice! We were greeted warmly and had a seamless check in. Our room (Deluxe King) was very spacious and we were treated to a true king bed! The room and bath were spotless and the shower is nice and big! My husband and I had an amazing dinner at the restaurant, highly recommend the beef tenderloin! Add this happy accident to our already amazing trip through northern France!!」
