My husband and child got bitten by the ants. We moved rooms and it was bad too. The bathroom door was broken. There was Cheetos in our air vent. Ants crawling on the beds and tables. I wanted to cry it was so bad.」

「I traveled to Beckley for work, and this hotel was very convenient, clean, and comfortable. I had to adjust my stay by a couple of days, and the staff were so helpful and kind in making the change.」

I had to go to another town and try to find a room at a different motel late in the day. He told me if I contacted Expedia and told them what happened he would return my money through them. Expedia contacted the motel and they REFUSED to give me back my money! Don’t book with this motel. They are unreliable and dishonest. Why is such a lousy establishment even listed with...

The pool is in back corner of parking lot next to a dumpster. The breakfast was sad. Everyone who walked in after us commented on it. Some things had definitely been updated and looked nice though.」
