Great Staff but need to sort out the sunbeds

This our 3rd stay at the property and as previously staff are very friendly and helpful. Value for money is good but the rooms and facilities are due for some TLC. The one complaint I would say is that the beach beds are used by people who are not guests at the hotel which I find disappointing as all the other hotels along the beachfront have signs advising for guest use only. Considering you pay a premium for a beachside location and you can’t get a sunbed in your own hotel due to outsiders taking them !!!!

Great location & comfy beds, however property is old, dated & requires significant maintenance. Requested single beds in booking, recieved a double & initially provided a second mattress on the floor! Only one key provided for two people, bathroom tiles dirty, toilet did not flush, bathroom door was hard to open, TV did not work, water off for a day without notice, no evening dining or bar facilities, & limited breakfast options. Staff left food uncovered, attracting flies. Beach beds are worn, have no cushions and are tied down. Beach towels not provided. Advertising does not reflect the true condition of the property. Manager was rude & unhelpful. Overpriced for the standard of accommodation & facilities. Lacks the welcoming vibe of surrounding properties.

Well maintained and beautiful property right on the beach in Koh Lipe. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. The free breakfast with the room is very good and convenient. I’ll be back :)

The hotel kind of not a place to stay for that price, water was very much controlled, the breakfast was not filling. Can say budget 1 star motel. The beach 🏖 full of stone and wave got cuts on my foot too.

Nära stranden, men bara ok.

Ligger nära stranden, och man måste gå genom stranden för att komma till walkingstreet. Rummen är ganska stor, är i ganska dåligt skick, vi hade problem med toaletten. Frukosten är dålig, vi åt mest på restaurangerna i walkingstreet istället. Vi hade förväntat oss mer för det priset vi betalade.

Das Resort war lange wegen Corona nicht geöffnet. Es gibt kein Wifi was man aber ändern möchte. Früher gab es einen Pool vom Nachbar-Resort den man nutzen konnte jetzt nicht mehr. Das Personal freundlich hilfsbereit Frühstück war ausreichend und ok.

Affacciato sul mare, il complesso è immerso in un grazioso ed ampio giardino ben curato. Ottima soluzione!! Difronte non ci sono longtail boat. Zona silenziosa.

More an Eco Adventure hotel than a resort.

The room was big, the bathroom was poorly cleaned and smelly. No soap provided. The breakfast was below average quality and variety. The staff is very kind but they don’t understand what you need beyond the basics. No one was expecting us at the immigration point. We had to find out where was the “resort” and drag our luggage through the sand and rising tide. The main advantage is having the beach just a few steps from our room. The wifi is very slow and only works in the reception.

Vi hade 5 härliga dagar då vi inom 15 min kunde promenera till Sunrise Beach och njuta av underbara soluppgångar. Härligt bad och snorkling i kristallklart vatten direkt från stranden. Promenad till Sunset tog 10 min. Väldigt vackert men myggmedel ett måste då.

Run down hotel right on the beach

The only good experience I had was the surprise pick up at the pier by the hotel staff with their tuk tuk. Hotel is right at the beach but close approximate 5 minute walk to walking street where all the shops & restaurants are. By night there's no activities at the hotel at all. Pitch black at the loungers by night , lots of mosquitoes. Our standard beach room is very spacious and comes with breakfast - ok .even though it is suppose to come with a beach view ( downstairs) still too far to see the beach. Bathroom is moldy and shower water pressure is very weak.

A very classic budget rooms with badly maintenance. But you can sleep and take a shower if that's enough for you.

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful and seemed interested in ensuring we had a good stay. Remember this is a 100 euro a night place and not the Ritz. We moved from a new beautiful room to one of the older rooms with a sign saying don't drink the water. The older room had adequate AC, fridge and coffee maker, but it could use an update. The bed mattress was fine and the linen, worn but clean. The hotel is located near the main town. The beach is great, with umbrellas and lounge chairs and the snorkeling is excellent. Breakfast included a good selection of local and western food.

Få solstolar som bokades tidigt varje morgon (under vår vistelse av italienare) och sedan inte användes under delar av dagen. Påpekade detta och fick då två solstolar av receptionen att disponera själva. Perfekt läge nere vid stranden för vårt beach house med skugga hela dagen och 20 m nere till vattnet. Bra service med hjälp med bagage från färjan till och från Koh Lipe. Suveränt läge.
