Room dirty. No housekeeping or cleaning for entire stay. bins not emptied at all for entire stay. Drains smelled in shower of fish. Pretty terrible other than the location. Breakfast ok. Would stay somewhere else.

Big hotel with lots of different type rooms. Lobby close to pattaya beach and walking street. Rooms in H block pretty far from the beach. Wifi worked well.

The staff were incredible, so helpful & attentive! We had such a great time & wish we had stayed longer! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to stay in Koh Lipe, breathtaking views & a beautiful sunset especially from the sunset villas
