「A/C unir needs better maintenance, It was not able to cool down a little room, An inconvenience in this hot days. The emergency light did turn on at 3:00 AM in the midle of the nigth very scary. Otherwise all OK」

「The room was very clean, fully equipped, and in a good position to reach the city center by walking. We got two main issues: 1: Communication poor and inefficace. We got a not-working link to complete the check-in. We tried different ways to get in contact with the structure: mail, Whatsapp, telephone. After a long chasing and trials, we got the codes to access the apartment. 2: air conditioning not working in the apartment. We couldn't sleep the full night, as it was 30 degrees and high umidity...

「Wonderful hotel. Great location and decoration. The staff is super nice. We can’t have breakfast in Day 1 because we need to leave hotel earlier for food trip but she still prepare breakfast for us with warming greeting:)」
