「Staff excellent, beds cosy, lighting is flexible for different conditions, breakfast is lovely, hot tub and pool great, workout room…well everything was just right. Will definitely stay there again.」

「This hotel is not clean. I lived there for two nights. I asked the front desk for house keeping; I also hanged up the sign of refurbish before 10am, for more than 24 hours, according to their instructions. No one came to clean my room. There is hair in food in their restaurant. And also dark marks on bedding linens; I feel itchy sleeping here. Too expensive for such experience. I don’t recommend it.」

「The room was as we expected… the server in the restaurant both before and after our musical event ( we came back for dessert and drinks) was spectacular. The coating on the pickle chips/ spears was great. We are so happy with the restaurant that we would come back even if we weren’t staying in the hotel 」
