「Great stay and reasonable price. Will be staying here again when in Saskatoon..!」

「We stayed here over a month ago and found bedbugs in one room and the other person found bed bugs later in their stuff. The staff was friendly but we had to find a new place to stay but yet we were charged for the room. The owner was not as friendly and just seemed annoyed on the phone about it. The staff said the owner would make things right, but I have emailed twice now, wondering about why we were charged the full amount and never heard back. I won't go out of my way to keep asking about it....
