Just one thing...

The hotel is nice and conveniently located in the downtown area. Staff were friendly. The bed and pillow were much firmer than anything I am used to, but I think that is common in Japan overall based on other experiences. Only complaint was no one told me how to access the free WiFi upon check-in and there weren’t any instructions in the room.

リピありですね！

室内は清潔でした。喫煙部屋でしたがそんなに臭くありませんでした。階によって喫煙、禁煙階がある様でした。ホテルの従業員の方は皆さん親切でした。レストランがかなり美味しかったです。好き嫌いが多かったので、この方式が私達にはピッタリでした。方式というのは普通に注文する方式！一定の物を提供されるよりも選択肢が多くて良かったです。シャワーの水圧も良かったし、下水の流れ具合も良かったです。

新しくはありませんが、まさにセンターにあるので、繁華街に近いし、戸尾市場も近いし、隣はお土産屋さんなので、便利。仕事で帰りが深夜になりましたが、対応も良く、近くにいざかやもやっていて、よかったです。 和室にとまりました。おすすめです。

フロントの方はみなさん気持ちのよい対応でお部屋も清潔でした。 ただ禁煙室のはずなのに煙草の匂いがしたのが気になりました。

煙草の臭いが‥‥

フロントやレストランのスタッフさんは、とても、優しく、親切でした。 が、部屋が、めちゃくちゃ煙草臭く、何度、スプレーをしても、臭いがなくならず‥‥ それだけで、最悪な気分でした。
