「Hotel molto bello , rinnovato , grandi spazi, molto luminoso e accogliente. Colazione eccellente , varia e ottimi prodotti. Spa molto pulita e attrezzata, nessun appunto. Stanza grande, il bagno non esattamente all'altezza della struttura , pulito ma doccia e sanitari un po' sorpassati. Abbiamo avuto un problema con i signori di hotels.com e il personale è stato molto molto gentile , pronto a risolvere la situazione pur di accontentarci. 」

「I had a great staying at Hotel Santo Stefano. The staff is absolutely wonderful; I travelled by public transport and they came to pick me up and take me back to the bus stop. The rooms are very spacious and confortable. The hotel has got a restaurant which is very handy when you have spent a day at the Archive and you are too tired to go out.
