「The hotel overall was very good, The room and the bathroom was quite small, especially the shower, but it is clean and well presented. The bed was comfy. Breakfast is fresh and well presented. There is plenty of restaurants, cafes and shops including the cafe at the hotel. The staff are very pleasant and helpful.」

The owners went above and beyond in helpfullness from arranging for onsite car rental, taxis, food...getting a room for our friends at another hotel since they were sold out....they were truly exceptional in flexibility and overall service. 「This was a great hotel. We got the penthouse suite which had it's own huge balcony and hot tub. The room itself was small but cozy. The bed was comfortable. Good linens and towels. The wifi was a little spotty but no complaints besides that. Make sure you get breakfast. It was incredible. Good staff.」
