Excellent place to stay in Sarnico

We stayed here for 4 nights (2 adults with 2 grown up children) and it was fabulous for us. Location was perfect, beds are very comfortable, housekeeping is excellent, it has air conditioning which was great. We didn't have a car but bus and ferry stops are within a couple of mins walk. Our hosts Umberto & his wife were so nice and Umberto gave us very helpful advice and very interesting local knowledge, and he speaks very good English!. 'Dubliners' restaurant is 1 min walk and it is fab! We really loved our time in Sarnico, Lake Iseo is better than Garda in our opinion (less tourists). Would definitely love to come back to Centro Storico! Grazie mille Umberto!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft in super Lage

Das B&B können wir sehr weiterempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr einfach eingerichtet aber sehr sauber. Es wurde jeden Tag geputzt und die Betten gemacht. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit frischen Semmeln und Croissants jeden Tag. Die Gastgeber sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Die Unterkunft befindet sich mitten im historischen Stadtkern von Sarnico. EInkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants, Bars und der Iseosee sind gleich um die Ecke. Die Unterkunft hat zwar keinen eigenen Parkplatz. Der Vermieter zeigt einem jedoch auf Nachfrage einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe. Einfach ein super Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

Une halte agréable

Le B&B n'est pas facile à trouver dans la petite rue piétonne en montant de la place à côté de la rivière. il est nécessaire de se garer bien avant. Le parking souterrain à droite en descendant la grande rue de Sarnico est le mieux placé. il est gratuit la nuit jusqu'à 9h (ensuite 1€/heure, ticket prenable à l'avance). L'interphone pour rentrer dans le B&B ne répond pas forcément, il faut téléphoner pour que l'on vienne vous ouvrir. Propriétaires très agréables, Madame parle français. La chambre était sobre sans plus, propre, la clim fonctionne. Bonne douche large, lit de bonne dimension. Petit déjeuner sympathique presque familial. La ville est agréable, le B&B est très bien placé.

Città e albergo bello ma personale insufficiente

Abbiamo usato questo bed & breakfast appunto per dormire e ripartire presto la mattina. Città e albergo sono veramente in una bella posizione nel centro, tutto ben curato e pulito. Peccato che la colazione ci sia stata servita in ritardo (per disguidi dubbi del proprietario ) anche se avevamo specificato l'orario preciso di partenza la sera prima. Inoltre non esiste una reception o un modo di contattare il proprietario se si ha bisogno di qualcosa. Il pagamento infine è stato addebitato sulla carta di credito anche se c'era scritto pagamento in contanti sul posto.

Il posto è tranquillo, soprattutto nelle ore notturne.Stanze di dimensioni normali, pulite e confortevoli.Bagno grande e pulito. Prima colazione abbondante, tipicamente italiana con brioche, marmellate, cioccolata e bevande calde e fredde.

Godt rom, god mat midt i pitoresk historisk by.

Vennlige eigere som ville oss det beste og var til god hjelp med å finne gratis parkering og gode restauranter. Lot oss ikke i stikken selv om de hadde et filmteam fra en TV-canal på gjestelisten. Kommer vi tilbake til Sarnica blir det dette B&B-stedet, med god og rikelig frokost.

Excellent value, comfortable beds and great servic

I stayed with my two children for four nights and was very satisfied with every aspect of our stay. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. There is no parking at the B&B, but the we called the host from the town centre once we arrived and he came to the car, and showed us directions to the B&B and to free parking near by. The B&B entrance is very charming and romantic in old style, while the rooms are modern and beds comfortable. We stayed one adult and two children in one king size beds, and couldn't even feel where the madrases came together. Excellent! We had many questions about how to get around and where to go, and the host was very helpful with every thing and provided maps etc. Sarnico is a great location for exploring the Lago d'Iseo area, and Sarnico beach is excellent for children and adults. We can recommend hiking trips in the area. On one trip we walked in a canyon and took swims in water falls. Very exotic! The B&B has a brochure for the hiking trails. There was no noise from the street although very central. Breakfast was perfect for us. Fresh baked croissants, fruit and any hot beverage we could ask for. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely BnB, excellent location

Comfy bed, excellent massive shower, lots of natural light in the room, excellent location (right in the midst of a little side street full of shops and curios). A teeny walk to some great restaurants and of course the lake and mountain view. Great breakfast in the morning and really friendly staff. The only bad thing was it was quite noisy - the noise from the street below carried in to our room, and some guests who arrived at around 1am were really loud and woke us up.

Midt i gamlebyen

Koselig beliggenhet midt i gamlebyen. Vender ut mot gågate, så det er stille og fredlig. Godt lydisolert. Store rom. Litt tungvindt adkomst da vi måtte parkere utenfor gamlebyen og gå med bagasjen ca 200m. Hyggelig vertskap.

Zeer centraal gelegen en toch veel privacy en rust

Zeer nette kamer, heel compleet. Douche, wc, bidet, koelkastje, airco, tv, koffiezetter, enz. Er wordt dagelijks schoongemaakt. Eigenaar spreekt prima Engels (en Spaans) en is zeer behulpzaam. Hij kent alle bezienswaardigheden en regelt bijv. een taxi. Het enige wat iets minder comfortabel is, is dat je voor je ontbijt een kortingsbon krijgt en naar een restaurant/café moet gaan om het te nuttigen. Je kunt zelf uit een aantal restaurants kiezen en de dichtsbijzijnde is tegenover het B&B. Ligging van het B&B is dicht bij Lago Iseo, midden in een winkelstraat, maar wij hebben geen last gehad van herrie. Sarnico is geen uitgaansgebied; je vindt er wel veel restaurants en winkeltjes (zeer duur!), die tot 's avonds heel laat open zijn. Het VVV-kantoor zit een paar deuren verder. Leuk om te doen: boottocht naar Monte Isola en onderweg een tussenstop in Iseo. Er zijn een paar outletcenters in de omgeving, maar niet op loopafstand. Hou er rekening mee dat er weinig andere talen dan Italiaans wordt gesproken.

Great hotel and a good location. No parking on site which was a pity but pay parking in the vicinity - free after 22.00hrs until 09.00. Friendly staf (owner!)

B&B à Sarnico

Le Bed est très bien mais le Breakfast on ne peut pas dire car on nous a envoyé déjeuner dans un bar un peu plus loin faute de place dans la salle du petit déjeuner... L’accueil est très sympathique et l'emplacement idéal pour vivre au cœur de la vie italienne.
