Our town is not a city that is why it makes it special and unique place, which is certified by the blue flag of the Costa Rican government because it is one of the cleanest beaches in the country. C410 pacific as it says at the listing is an ocean view, pacific c410 is not a beach front, pacific resort complex is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the beach which means we are less than 1/2 mile from it. We fumigate our unit once a month with environmentally friendly products, but fortunately we are a country in the middle of the tropic, we are a tropical country, there are many insects that we try to control but it is almost impossible, sometimes we find a few small and harmless ants in the condo, I'm sorry for this giant inconvenience. The low price of water was an issue beyond our control never before, we tried to help with the low water pressure but according to I understand, the water outage for a few hours were two days for that reason the discount that we made you. If some places in town did not have low water pressure, it is because individual houses and businesses have direct connection to the main pipeline, while large pacific complexes are connected from the same system but with hundreds of units to supply water.
