「It was in a convenient location but it was noise due to a function in the same building. I am not sure if the bedsheets were washed. Their contact number from google was absolutely no help as all they are interested is making new booking and not for the current booking. I made multiple calls as I was running late for checking in but not a single operator assisted (either hung my call or left it on hold with no further response) Reception staff was good but their google contact number staff is...

「We had booked this hotel for a business trip and the photos of the property are very old and dont show the actual condition of the rooms. The rooms are very worn out and the hotel is majorly used by local couples for hourly stays. The manager and reception staff were very rude when we pointed out the problems in the room. We left the hotel in an hour of checking in and stayed at a different hotel. Would not recommend to anyone. 」
