There was no water or towels in room … I got so frustrated with lack of services that they have to change my room three times. Although staff did everything to help me , I think it was poor management by leadership team , I believe they didn’t provide enough resources to staff. The hotel need major upgrade and someone from top needs to take responsibility to fix things . Will not recommend anyone to stay

Clean Comfortable & Convenient We were in Surat on business and this was the most ideal location. Just 3 mins walk from train station. There is an excellent restaurant right next door as part of hotel and you can order food in the comfort of your room too. Staff is very helpful and polite. Our stay was most comfortable and we will certainly stay here again.

I stayed here overnight after missing a late night train. It's an easy auto rickshaw ride from the train station. The staff were extremely nice and helpful to me. The hotel is clean and serviceable. Nothing special but fine for a night's sleep.

Quick in and out.

Good clean hotel Helpful staff. Hotel is on a busy street and loud at all hours of the night specially if you have a room facing the main street. Great location if you need a quick place to crash before an early train journey less than 5 minutes walk from the station.

Great find in Surat !!

Arrived at hotel around 3:30 am and was instantly ushered into my executive room . Clean with good furniture and decent sized bathroom. Food at the buffet and their restaurant was very good . Most impressive was the service from each and every member of the staff .... one just doesn’t expect this kind of service from hotels in Surat . I hope they keep up the good work .
