「首先車位不足夠，入住前亦沒有通知須要預留車位，直至我們check-in時才通知需要早兩天預留車位，令我們要找離酒店甚遠的地方泊車，這情況同時亦有其他住客check-in時遇到；另外，入住酒店房間時亦有出錯，我們是預訂三人房間，酒店提供二人房間，開合式梳化床也沒有預先打開，直到我們揸問才特別到房間打開梳化床，提供的都只是二人用品，相信日後需要管理方面做好啲。」

「Great staff, the breakfast and dinners were good. The room had holes in the wall and roof, bugs, exposed wire, and the card holder on the wall kept falling off.」

「Quite remote from city centre (30mins driving), though providing shuttle on 12nn go and 5pm back from the city centre. Originally, I reserved for 1 family duplex capable for 6 persons. However, two connected 3-persons rooms were provided without individual living room.」

「From start to finish this hotel has what's most important......amazing staff. They booked our taxi from the airport, sent me ideas of places to visit during our stay, walked us up to our rooms on the 3rd floor and introduced me to Bosnian coffee at breakfast. Yes some guests will say the rooms need a little maintenance doing, but in the grand scheme of things it had everything you needed for a great stay.
