This hotel is 3 min walk from the JR station east entrance, and walkable to the shopping and restaurants nearby. Hotel also offers complimentary breakfast, which is very tasty. Will go back when I revisit Sapporo.

The location is perfect! Room size is good. Breakfast is amazing! I stayed for 3 nights and eberyday was different. They also prepare for guests to have brekky takeaway, very caring.

It is a short walk from JR station. Room is a bit bigger than i expected. Daily free breakfast is nicely prepared and tasty. Will come back if i revisit Sapporo.

Two of the three Front Desk staf were very rude to me and I found them very unprofessional. I do not know why I made these two dislike me. The third staff member was very professional and I had no problem working with him. We stayed at many Toyoko Inns and there was only one (not this one) that had breakfast buffet with two lines rather than a single one. This made it much easier and faster. This one was the only one that had an outside storage location to store luggages. You had to open it yourself, secure it yourself and get it yourself. Staff did not do anything. I thought that if I was traveling alone, this would have been a scary situation when you have to go there early morning or late in the day. Had it not been for my experience with staff and the outside storage space, I would not think twice about staying here again.

Self check in was very easy, and they gladly held our bags because we were early. Room was a little tight/small, but it was clean. We got a smoking room for some reason, so there was a noticeable (but not too heavy) smell of smoke. They provided a room and clothing spray, which was very thoughtful and we used it often. It's located very close to the train station so it was easy to get around. The free breakfast had a great spread of Japanese foods and some Western foods.

這次旅遊住到最好的酒店,職員服務態度良好,熱情,而且提供免費早餐,雖以日式為主,但也有腸仔麵包提供,還讓住客外帶,非常體貼,房間清潔乾淨,離札幌地鐵站北出口步行約5-8分鐘,出地鐵站你會看見Washington hotel朝牌,東横inn就在旁邊,只是給它遮擋住了😂,住了3晚,留下良好印象,雖然沒有入做他們酒店會員,但下次去日本時,會選擇這集團其下的酒店！😀

客室の備品、ドライヤーが最新のもので歓喜！朝食は大人気で開始時間15分前から悩んでいてびっくり！部屋に持ち込めるように弁当の容器もあり焦らず食べたい私は大満足！2025.12月現在札幌駅改修の為、北口からは遠いですが、問題ありません。また利用したいです。
