Furthermore, I found the check-in and check-out process at Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo to be smooth and efficient. The staff exhibited professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. The hotel's commitment to delivering a streamlined administrative procedure is commendable.
Regrettably, I must express my disappointment regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom in my assigned room. While the overall condition of the room was satisfactory, the state of the bathtub was far from acceptable. I observed substantial mould accumulation around the tub, the soap holder, the water stopper, and even the bathtub faucet. This lack of cleanliness was disheartening and fell short of my expectations for a hotel of this calibre.
On a positive note, the hotel's location is conveniently situated, approximately a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. This proximity offers easy acc
