Good Jap breakfast
The room was small but everything was functional. I especially like the Jap breakfast. The restaurant is on 22/F and offers a good view of the city. It’s peaceful and quiet.

good hotel
hotel room was big, clean and nice. it is a big hotel located in a good areas where is very convenient for shopping and food. their breakfast buffet was delicious with many selections. they even provided sushi. staff were polite and helpful except an older and shorter bel staff who worked in main entrance. we needed to park our car before check-in. he didn't tell us going to front desk to get a ticket to park our car before check-in so we paid 600 yen for less than 20 minutes. the staff of front desk were helpful and understanding. they helped us to deduct it from the daily fee that we should pay. very unluckily he was the one who helped us to toll the luggage to our car.wheb we were.leaving. he didn't help us and just walked away. we were happy with their services and environment so we will come back in future.

Good service : my wife called room service for Band-Aid request but the receptionist didn't understand my wife needed in the begining. After few mintues communicaton ,she gave up and hand up due to not fluent english on both side. After that, room service man came to our room and face to face talk to understand our request then help us. It is real very nice/warming service.

Overall, my stay had its positives and negatives, and I believe that providing constructive feedback will benefit both the hotel management and fellow travellers. To begin with, one notable advantage of the hotel is its convenient location, complemented by the presence of a Toyota rental car office within the premises. This feature offers guests the ease of picking up or returning their rental cars directly at the hotel car park. Undoubtedly, this convenience is a significant asset, particularly for those wishing to explore the area by car. Furthermore, I found the check-in and check-out process at Keio Plaza Hotel Sapporo to be smooth and efficient. The staff exhibited professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring a seamless experience for guests. The hotel's commitment to delivering a streamlined administrative procedure is commendable. Regrettably, I must express my disappointment regarding the cleanliness of the bathroom in my assigned room. While the overall condition of the room was satisfactory, the state of the bathtub was far from acceptable. I observed substantial mould accumulation around the tub, the soap holder, the water stopper, and even the bathtub faucet. This lack of cleanliness was disheartening and fell short of my expectations for a hotel of this calibre. On a positive note, the hotel's location is conveniently situated, approximately a 10-minute walk from Sapporo Station. This proximity offers easy acc
